It contains rules, processes and strategies that help the business understand and mitigate the risks associated with social media. I also lead the project management, day-to-day interactions, and publishing to the company’s social media global channels.

As Digital & Social Marketing Manager in the Regional Hub in London and Paris my role was to:

 

  • support the co-ordination of the planning, implementation and reporting of the marketing communication plans and activities for all Visa Europe markets ensuring a consistent approach supporting hubs in implementing local marketing programs.

  • deepen our knowledge of EMEA consumers, while bringing to life core human insights in inspiring creative briefs.

  • lead the creation and development of marketing campaigns that cut through and deliver impact on our brand, our business and our audience, with a focus on Gen-Z and Millennials.
     

With strong digital skills, an in-depth understanding of social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing I have extensive experience in developing marketing strategies and 360 integrated consumer campaigns that are rooted in insights and embedded in culture.

As a Growth Marketer in the SaaS space, I specialized in driving full-funnel marketing initiatives—blending strategy, content, design, and automation to accelerate user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
 

  • Designed and executed multi-channel growth strategies for SaaS products, with a focus on email marketing, content creation, and conversion-optimized web experiences.

  • Built and managed automated email marketing campaigns (drip, onboarding, re-engagement) to improve user activation and retention.

  • Created high-performing sales enablement materials—including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies—to support the sales team and shorten the buyer journey.

Working in alliance with the UK’s top media and communications brands and corporate members like BBC, BT, Weber Shandwick, Google and many more, they develop creative communications programs for charities and communities for social good.

In my role I led the marketing efforts to increase visibility, drive engagement, and support fundraising and partnership / sponsorship initiatives:
 

  • Developed and delivered integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web to promote training programs, events, and partnerships.

  • Created compelling content and visual assets to elevate the charity’s storytelling and highlight impact across digital platforms.

  • Collaborated with corporate partners, media agencies, and internal stakeholders to amplify campaigns and build brand awareness.

  • Produced newsletters, donor communications, and fundraising materials tailored to diverse supporter segments.
